Yoga is a complete science more than 5,000 years old; it offers enormous benefits to everyone. Chair Yoga was designed to help patients recovering from an injury; people with mental and or physical stress; desk jobs with long seated hours; and to help keep seniors happy and healthy as we age. The Chair Yoga Exercise has proven to be so popular that a Tuesday class will be added in addition to the current Friday classes.
The Tuesday classes will begin Sept. 4th to Oct. 23rd from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. The Friday session will continue from Sept. 7 - Oct. 26th and will be at the same time frame - 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. The 8 sessions will cost $40 and the instructor is Sathia Ramasamy.
