Notice of Annual General Meeting and Election of the 18th Term of Officers

The Annual General Meeting of Tsung Tsin Association of Ontario, Canada will be held on Sunday, January 20th, 2019. The meeting will begin at 11:00am, with a light lunch to be served after.

If any member would like to propose an item for discussion, they are asked to email the request by January 13th, 2019, to our President, Jennifer Chin at jenniferchintta@gmail.com for consideration. To view a copy of the agenda, please scroll to the bottom of this page.

Minutes of the 2018 AGM will be distributed at the 2019 AGM. They are also available upon request. Please email tsungtsinontario@gmail.com to request a copy.

Elections for members of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board will also be held on this day. Elections will be open from 10:00am – 2:00pm. Please be reminded that to be eligible to vote or be nominated for a position on either board, members must be in good standing, and have been a member of Tsung Tsin for a minimum of two years.

Nominations for members of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board will be accepted December 30th, 2018 to January 13th, 2019. Nomination Forms are being emailed out. Please send your nominations by email to Lipton Wong at lipton.wong@gmail.com. Nomination Forms and a Drop Box are also available in the Main Hall of the association.
