Do you find as you age that healthy eating seems more challenging? Maybe you don't like to spend a lot of time preparing food for just one or two people, or you are caring for a loved one and don't have the energy to slave over a hot stove. What happens when you have less income or find it difficult to get to the grocery store?
TTA is having a seminar on Saturday, June 8th from 2 - 3:30 p.m. that will help answer those questions. Hope Williams who has worked in long term care facilities as a Nutrition and Food Services Manager and Consulting Dietitian will talk about the variety of healthy foods and different nutrients you need and can get on your plate with little or no fuss.
